Commission Info:

-TERMS OF SERVICE-

Hi guys!  I’m opening for commissions, so please read the entire ToS, and understand that your order constitutes a full understanding AND ACCEPTANCE of these terms. If these terms are not agreeable to you, please do not inquire.

-RIGHTS-

All rights to the image are retained by the artist. What this means is that you can’t use the image for your own profit—i.e., to slap it on Cafepress shirts, put it up on Society6,  or put it up as a print on your DA  shop is not allowed. You can use it in whatever non-profit way you deem fit—icons, banners, whatever. So long as you aren’t making cash, you’re good.

Artist reserves the right to refuse/cancel an order. If the artist is uncomfortable with the terms of the order, or if the commissioner behaves badly during the production of the project, the order may be refused/terminated. In other words, don’t be a douchebag.

These terms may change when necessary. However, if your order was accepted prior to those changes, they will not apply.

-PRICING AND PAYMENT-

Prices are not subject to haggling, coercion, wheedling, whining, or any other form of bargaining. Pixel money does not buy food or rent or help pay my bills. If you are going to inquire only to beg that the prices be lowered, then don’t bother, it won’t happen.

Base pricing is as follows.

• $5 for sketches (Digital or Pencil lines).

• $30 for fully rendered portraits/busts.

• $20 for lines and color.

• $35 for full rendered piece.

• $70 for full rendered piece w/background.

All of these prices are for a Single Character and no (or a very simple, and I decide what’s simple) background. Additional items can be discussed and will generally cost (except in the case of sketches) an extra $10-$20 for characters and $20-$40 backgrounds, depending on the detail/complexity/type of commission.

Pricing is non-negotiable.

Payment must be done through PayPal only. No other form of payment is accepted, now or ever.

Commissioner must pay half the commission price at the time of the order, and then the remainder upon completion. If you do not have the funds for the piece, do not order.

-MISCELLANEOUS-

Unless asked otherwise I retain right to post WIPs of any pieces. However, if you request me not to, or request that I not publically post the finished piece till after a certain time (say you bought it as a gift or something to that affect) that’s perfectly fine, just tell me so in the initial commission.

Artist will draw nude figures, but will NOT draw NC-17 works. All pairings are fine—m/m, f/f, m/amoeba, etc, but the image will not be explicit. Artist has no other restrictions on subject or content; however, commissioner should be prepared to pay additional fees based on complexity (i.e. a giant Gundam-style mecha, etc).

Minor revisions only may be requested on the finished piece. Significant changes will require additional fees.
